Jacksonville Truck Accident and Injury Lawyer-Poorly Loaded Trucks

large truck crash

Truck accidents happen when trucks are loaded improperly. Safe transport of cargo in a “Big Rig” truck requires that the load is evenly distributed and properly secured before moving. Some drivers load their trucks themselves, but some do not. Occassionally this task is outsourced. Regardless, all driver’s a responsible for checking their own loads. Some drivers are in a hurry and do not fulfill this responsibility out of haste, and some drivers simply make mistakes. The cargo load of a truck that has been improperly loaded can compromise even the safest of drivers, leading to loss of control, crashes, and in some instances another vehicle can be struck by cargo falling out of the truck.
